Precautions for solenoid valve installation
1 Before installation, carefully read the operation manual of the product, check whether the product fully meets the use requirements, be familiar with the installation points, and make preparations
2. Check whether the parameters marked on the nameplate are the parameters of the selected products and are consistent with the operating instructions
3. Before taking over the pipe, fully flush the pipe with a pressure of 0.3MPa to completely remove the metal powder, residual sealing materials, rust, etc. in the pipe
4. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If dust and other impurities mixed in the medium hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter should be installed in the pipeline
5. The solenoid valve should not be installed in the low recess of the pipe. If it is installed in the discharge pipe of the container, it should not be led out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed slightly above the bottom of the container 6 If the medium will cause water hammer, then the multi-function solenoid valve should be selected or corresponding preventive measures should be taken 7. The inlet side of the steam solenoid valve should be equipped with a drain valve, where the connecting pipe should be inclined, and the drain valve should be installed at the low position. It is best to install a multi-way backwash filter 8. The solenoid valve is generally directional and cannot be installed reversely. Usually, the "arrow" is used on the valve body to point out the medium flow direction. When installing, it should be installed according to the direction indicated by the "arrow" 9. Generally, the solenoid coil components of the solenoid valve should be upright, and the pressure loss in the system increases; On the contrary, it is perpendicular to the pipeline. Some products have special regulations, please install according to the instructions 10. When connecting pipes, it should be noted that the sealing material should not be used too much. For example, when the screw is connected due to the good performance and light quality of the composite material, the nozzle thread should be kept within the effective length, and the half pitch of the end should be chamfered with a file, and the sealing belt should be wrapped around the two teeth from the end, otherwise the excessive sealing belt or hydraulic oil pump is an important part for transporting the hydraulic oil pressure, and the adhesive will enter the solenoid valve, resulting in an accident that hinders the normal action 11. There should be a certain space reserved at the installation of the solenoid valve for its daily maintenance and regular maintenance 12. When installing, fix the valve body with a wrench or pipe wrench, and then screw on the connecting pipe. Do not apply the force on the ring assembly to cause deformation, making it difficult for the solenoid valve to work normally 13. In case of insufficient pipe rigidity or water hammer, please firmly fix the front and rear connecting pipes of the valve with brackets 14. When used in frozen places, the pipeline shall be protected with thermal insulation materials or a heater shall be set on the pipeline 15. Confirm whether there is leakage at the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the nozzle 16. The connection of coil outgoing lines should be checked, especially in the case of three outgoing lines 17. Electrical components connected to solenoid valves, such as relays, switches and contactors. The contact should not vibrate when opening the valve, otherwise the operation will be unreliable and affect the service life of its solenoid valve 18. The electrical circuit shall be connected to the corresponding fuse as the protection of the electrical circuit 19. For the convenience of maintenance and repair, or continuous production without interruption, it is recommended to adopt bypass isolation installation method for general solenoid valves. (end)
